Zoom & Online CEU Classes For Pest Control and Ag Applicators

Georgia Department of Agriculture Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

CTN Educational Services’ online classes can provide your necessary CEUs for licensed applicators through the State of Georgia Department of Agriculture. The Georgia Department of Agriculture requires the following for license holders:

COMMERCIAL APPLICATORS
Commercial applicators shall be licensed for a period of five years. In order to recertify, hospital a commercial applicator may complete the appropriate training (see chart below) or pass a written examination administered by the Commissioner of Agriculture.

Commercial applicators may be certified in one or more of the following categories and retain certification as follows:

PRIVATE APPLICATORS
A private applicator includes any certified applicator who uses or supervises the use of any restricted use pesticide or state restricted pesticide use in the production of an agricultural or forestry commodity on property owned, rented or otherwise under the control of him or his employer or (if applied without compensation other than trading of personal services between producers of such commodities) on the property of another person.

Private applicators shall be certified and licensed for a period of five years. In order to recertify, a private applicator may complete 3 hours of approved training or pass a written examination administered by the Commissioner of Agriculture.
